New and returning string players are invited to join our brand-new Beginner String Group! Designed for young musicians under 18, this group offers a friendly and relaxed environment to explore the world of string instruments and enjoy making music together.

Sessions take place every Monday from 5:30 to 6:15pm at Havant College and are suitable for beginner to Grade 2 players. We welcome Violin, Viola, Cello, and Double Bass players.

Our experienced string tutor, Mia, will lead the sessions and provide supportive, engaging guidance to help build confidence, technique, and ensemble skills. The group is designed to nurture musical development in a welcoming and encouraging setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for children who are just starting their musical journey or those who would like to develop their playing in a fun group environment. The first month is completely free, after which membership is just £10 per month.
